Music At Noon will host the Sonoma Strings in concert at the Bethlehem Tower on Wednesday, Oct. 10, at 12 p.m. on 801 Tupper Street. The program will include chamber music by Haydn and Borodin. Free. Info: 583-4063.

The Northwestern Bottle Collectors Association will host their annual Bottle & Collectable Show on Friday, Oct. 12, and Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Veteran’s Memorial Building on 1351 Maple Ave. Hours will be from 12-6 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday. The show will include a bottle & collectable sale, along with free appraisals on your old bottles. $10 early entry fee on Friday, but Saturday is free. Info: 565-7176. www.fohbc.org.

The Sonoma County Dance Guild will host a luncheon and fashion show fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 13, from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Wild Oak Saddle Club on 550 White Oak Drive. The proceeds of the fundraiser will benefit the guild’s scholarship program for young dancers. The event will also include a dance demo, a raffle, wine and a spa package door prize. Congregation Shomrei Torah will host a public forum on Propositions 34 and 36 on Sunday, Oct. 14, from 3-5 p.m. on 2600 Bennett Valley Road. The forum will dicuss the upcoming ballot measures, which address the death penalty and the state’s three strikes law. Guest speakers will include Sonoma County District Attorney Jill Ravitch, Rabbi George Gittleman, Stanford professor Lawrence C. Marshall, legal director and attorney Kent S. The Redwood Writers will host a 2012 Author Celebration on Sunday, Oct. 14, at the Flamingo Hotel on 2777 Fourth St. from 3-5 p.m. The celebration will highlight the works of 11 Sonoma County authors. Free to the public, $5 for members. Info: 478-1460. www.redwoodwriters.org.
